4. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property
Video content on the Service is primarily generated by artificial intelligence. We or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the platform interface, software, trademarks, and related technology.
Content you generate or view through the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, distribute, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You understand and agree that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, fictional, or not meet expectations. We make no warranty regarding the quality or specific results of generated content.
5. Paid Features and Refunds
Certain features (such as memberships or premium content) require payment. Pricing and payment methods will be displayed on the relevant pages. Except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated by us, all fees are non-refundable.
